Megan is 18...

We spent saturday with Megan as she turned 18. It was a great day. We loaded the Cedar chest and presents and headed to Ogden. She loved all the presents especially the ones from Aaron but what she loved the most was the special memory quilt that I made for her along with a photo book with lots o pages(I am not done yet). We headed towards Red Robins for lunch but it was so packed so we went to Marie Calenders and had a yummy lunch, then we got cake and ice cream and headed over to Grandma and Grandpa's to celebrate. We met Aaron and his mom because his mom was kind enough to bring down in the yucky stormy weather to see her. We dropped them off at Brent's so they could go to dinner with Marie. It was a long day but it was fun. It is hard to believe that she is finally 18..so many dreams are yet to come.

life in wyoming

well, we have been here for 4 months and it seems like we have been here forever. the kids are at the start of PAWS testing for three weeks (like our end of levels, but a little more intense, as Ak says Pain All Wyoming Students). Two weeks ago I finally had my shoulder surgery from my injury last January. It was a pretty good size tear. It hurts but not the excruciating pain which is good because I can't take any pain meds except OTC. It just aches and feels like it felt before, it has only been 2 weeks. Duane's sales have picked up a lot in the areas away from Evanston, so now he goes overnight to Pinedale every week. Megan turns 18 this weekend and has fallen into twitterpattion with Aaron who is a cashier at my store. He just turned 18 also. I know he is whooped, life sure gets scary as they get older. Everyone loves it here, they wish it would snow more so they could go sledding more. The other day on the way to Ogden, not a couple of blocks from our house we saw two moose. It was way cool. The kids enjoy the rendom wildlife that visits us.
